Who We Are

  • Breanne Jones

    Founder/Clinical Counsellor
    B.H.Ecol., M.A.C.P., C.C.C., CC-BRT

    Hi, I’m Breanne Jones (she/her)—welcome!

I am a Certified Canadian Counsellor with over a decade of experience, and I’m here to support you through the ups and downs of fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood. Life can feel overwhelming in these seasons, and I believe in creating a space where you can show up as you are—no judgment, just real, honest support while you navigate it all.

I hold a Master’s in Counselling Psychology, and while I work with individuals with diverse mental health concerns, I have specialized training in reproductive and perinatal mental health with a special focus on infertility, pregnancy loss, pregnancy after loss, pregnancy, hyperemesis gravidarum (HG), birth trauma, infant loss, NICU experiences, postpartum mental health struggles, and paternal mental health. I’ve also deepened my specialization with additional training in reproductive and birth trauma, earning my certification as a Canadian Certified Birth and Reproductive Clinical Counsellor (CC-BRT).

My own experiences with pregnancy loss, hyperemesis gravidarum (HG), birth trauma, and being a NICU parent have given me a deep, personal understanding of how profoundly the reproductive and perinatal period can affect individuals and families. These experiences shape my compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy, allowing me to offer meaningful support during life’s most challenging transitions.

I’m committed to offering an inclusive, culturally sensitive, and 2SLGBTQI+ affirming space. Recognizing that healing looks different for everyone, I tailor therapy to meet your unique needs, drawing on approaches like Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory, CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Somatic practices. I’m also trained in the Gottman Method, certified as a Bringing Baby Home Educator, and will soon add EMDR to my practice.

Based in Manitoba, I offer both in-person and virtual sessions, as well as telehealth services to clients across Canada. Whether you’re looking for support close to home or from a distance, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey.

  • Ria Sharma

    Clinical Counsellor
    M.A.C.P., C.C.C.

    Hi, I’m Ria Sharma (she/her)!

I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology. Over the past several years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting adolescents, adults, and older adults facing a wide range of emotional and mental health concerns—such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and self-esteem challenges. My training in trauma-informed care helps me create a therapeutic space that centres safety, empathy, and genuine connection.

I believe our emotions are central to how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us. My approach is grounded in a client-centred and relational philosophy—where your experiences are met with curiosity, respect, and compassion. I draw from a blend of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy, while tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals.

Having lived in various parts of the world, I carry a deep appreciation for the richness of cultural diversity and the stories we carry. This global perspective allows me to connect meaningfully with individuals from diverse backgrounds and lived experiences. My hope is to walk alongside you through whatever season you’re in, offering a steady and supportive presence along the way.

In June 2025, I will be completing additional specialized training in reproductive and perinatal mental health—an area I’m deeply passionate about. I look forward to supporting individuals and families through fertility journeys, pregnancy, postpartum experiences, and loss with greater depth and understanding.

I offer sessions in English and Hindi, and I also understand Punjabi—allowing me to support clients in a way that honours both language and cultural context.

I am currently based in Winnipeg and provide virtual therapy sessions only. My practice is intentionally inclusive, and I strive to create a welcoming, culturally responsive, and 2SLGBTQ+ affirming space for all.

  • Don Hatcher

    Clinical Counsellor
    M.A.C.P., C.C.C.

    Hi! I am Don Hatcher

I believe we all deserve to live meaningful, connected lives—and for many, entering therapy is a powerful step toward that goal. Whether you’re seeking more balance in your relationship with yourself, your partner, or others, I aim to offer a supportive, trusting space where we can work together to move forward.

I provide individual and couples counselling, supporting people through a range of challenges including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship and marital issues, addiction, and self-esteem. I’ve witnessed the strength and resilience of many clients as they’ve navigated difficult seasons and created meaningful change in their lives.

My approach is collaborative and client-centred. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and I work alongside you to find what feels most supportive. I draw from a variety of approaches—exploring unhelpful thoughts and behaviours, using mindfulness and self-compassion practices, and, when needed, focusing on solution-focused strategies or family of origin work. Therapy is tailored to reflect your individual needs and goals.

For couples, I offer a non-judgmental, supportive space to better understand one another and work through conflict. Together, we’ll explore thoughts, emotions, and relational patterns to deepen connection and promote healing.

Outside the therapy room, I’m married and a father of two. I’m also a self-taught musician who enjoys playing multiple instruments and continuing to challenge myself creatively. I see many parallels between music and therapy—both require patience, practice, and belief in the process.

Beginning therapy is a courageous act, and I’m honoured to walk alongside you as you take this step toward healing, growth, and self-trust. If this approach resonates with you, please reach out by email at donhatchertherapy@gmail.com or call 204-795-6644. I’d be happy to connect.
