I'm Breanne Jones, a Certified Canadian Counsellor (C.C.C.) specializing in birth trauma therapy, postpartum depression counselling, postpartum preparation, infertility grief support, and therapy for pregnancy and infant loss. I work with individuals and couples navigating the emotional challenges that come with trying to conceive, pregnancy, new parenthood, and loss.
I offer in-person counselling in Winnipeg and virtual therapy for postpartum mental health, pregnancy and reproductive trauma across Manitoba and other Canadian provinces.

B.S.W., R.S.W., CC-PMHI am glad you’re here! I’m Janelle Kanteluk (she/her), a Registered Social Worker providing perinatal mental health counselling in Winnipeg, Manitoba. I support individuals, youth, and individuals navigating pregnancy, postpartum, early parenthood, and adolescence, anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. My work includes support for postpartum anxiety/depression, parenting stress, and perinatal grief/loss.
I offer in-person counselling in Winnipeg and virtual sessions across Manitoba, providing trauma-informed counselling for perinatal mental health, postpartum adjustment and beyond.

BHSc. in Midwifery, M.S.W., R.S.W.Hi, I'm Zoë (she/her), a Registered Social Worker and former midwife based in Winnipeg. Welcome here!
With over 10 years of experience in perinatal care, I support individuals navigating pregnancy, postpartum, pregnancy and infant loss, birth trauma, and postpartum mental health. I have a particular interest in the emotional complexities of infant feeding, including anxiety, shame, and difficult or unexpected feeding experiences.
My background as a midwife brings a unique understanding of the physical and emotional complexities of pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and becoming a parent.
I offer evening virtual counselling in Manitoba.

I’m a Canadian Certified Counsellor offering therapy for adolescents, adults, and older adults facing challenges such as anxiety, grief, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed and client-centred, grounded in warmth, respect, and genuine connection.
